Terms and conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Snowpex Technologies Private Limited (snowpex.com), based in India ("we", "us"). They apply to the Gunaah Simulator game and to this website. By playing the game or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play the game or use the site.

The privacy policy, the refund policy and the content disclaimer are part of these terms.

Who can play

Gunaah Simulator is for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live if that is higher, you may play only with the permission of a parent or guardian. Your parent or guardian accepts these terms for you and is responsible for any purchases made on your phone.

It's a comedy game

Gunaah Simulator is fiction: satire about everyday civic habits. Its gunaahs are meant to stay in the game, so please don't copy them in real life. The content disclaimer explains why.

Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download Gunaah Simulator from Google Play and play it on devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment. Google Play's own terms also apply to the download. You may not:

copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or its files;
modify, hack or reverse engineer the game, or make cheats or tools that change it, except where the law allows it; or
use the game or this website in a way that breaks the law or these terms.

Videos, streams and screenshots

You are welcome to record and share videos, streams, Shorts and screenshots of the game, including on monetised channels, and to use the art from the press kit in articles and thumbnails. Please don't present yourself as us or your channel as official, and don't sell the game's art or sounds on their own. We may ask you to remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

Your progress and in-game items

Your progress is saved only on your phone. Uninstalling the game or starting a new game deletes it, and we can't restore it.
Paap, Paap Points, and the uncles, moves and outfits you unlock by playing are part of the game. They have no money value, can't be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and aren't your property.
Gunaah Codes are part of the game. They never change your saved progress.

Purchases

The game offers two optional one-time purchases through Google Play: Ads Hatao, which removes the full-screen ads (rewarded ads stay available if you choose to watch them), and Saare Uncle Unlock, which unlocks every uncle. Prices, including any taxes, are shown before you buy.
There are no subscriptions and no paid in-game currency.
A purchase belongs to the Google account you bought it with, and lasts for as long as we offer Gunaah Simulator. The game restores your purchases on any phone signed in to Google Play with that account.
Google Play processes all payments under its own terms. The refund policy explains how refunds work. If a purchase is refunded, what it unlocked is removed.

The free game shows ads served by Google AdMob: full-screen ads at natural breaks and, only when you choose them, rewarded ads that give you something in return, such as double Paap for a while. A reward is given only for an ad watched to the end, and rewarded ads may not always be available, for example when you're offline.

Updates and availability

We may update the game to fix problems, change or add features, or keep it working with Android and Google Play, and some updates may be needed to keep playing. The game is offered only in the countries we choose on Google Play. If we ever stop offering Gunaah Simulator, we will say so in the game where we can.

Third-party services

Google Play, Google AdMob, WhatsApp and any other service you use with the game are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or for how they handle your data.

Our rights

Gunaah Simulator, including its name, logo, code, text, design and original artwork, belongs to us or our licensors. Some of the 3D models, sounds and fonts in the game are used under free licences from their creators, who are credited in the game's credits screen. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Disclaimer

The game and this website are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep them fun and reliable, but we can't promise that the game will run on every phone, that it will be free of bugs or interruptions, or that your progress will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress, arising from your use of the game or this website. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for purchases in Gunaah Simulator in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover our losses from claims made by others because you used the game or this website in breach of these terms or the law.

Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game. If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, we may end your licence to play, as far as the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will mention them in the game's update notes on Google Play. Continuing to play after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless the law of your country of residence gives you protections, or a right to go to your local courts, that can't be waived. Before going to court, please email us: most problems can be sorted out quickly.

General

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer these terms to a company that takes over Gunaah Simulator, and your rights under them won't be reduced. You may not transfer them.
