Refund policy

Effective 7 November 2026

Gunaah Simulator's two purchases, Ads Hatao and Saare Uncle Unlock, are one-time purchases sold through Google Play. Google Play takes the payment and sends any refund back to you. This page explains when you can get your money back and how to ask. It is part of our terms and conditions.

Within 48 hours of buying

Ask Google Play directly, because it's the fastest way:

  1. Open the Play Store app and tap your profile picture.
  2. Go to Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
  3. Choose the Gunaah Simulator purchase and tap Report a problem.

You can also use Google Play's refund request page. Google usually decides within one business day, and sometimes takes up to four.

After 48 hours

Email support@gunaahsimulator.in within 14 days of the charge, with your Google Play order number. It starts with "GPA." and is in the receipt Google emailed you. We give a full refund when:

  • the purchase doesn't work on your phone and we can't fix it, or
  • you were charged twice for the same purchase.

We look at other requests case by case, and we aim to reply within two business days.

If a child bought it

If someone bought a purchase on your phone without your permission, ask Google Play or us as described above. To stop it happening again, turn on Require authentication for purchases in the Play Store app's settings.

After a refund

A refund removes what the purchase unlocked the next time the game checks with Google Play: after an Ads Hatao refund the full-screen ads come back, and after a Saare Uncle Unlock refund the uncles you haven't bought with Paap Points lock again. Your progress isn't affected.

The money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

A purchase seems to be missing

That usually isn't a refund case. Open the game while you're online and signed in to Google Play with the account you bought it with: the game checks your purchases with Google Play when it starts and restores them. If it still doesn't appear, email us with your order number.
