Effective 7 November 2026

Gunaah Simulator is a comedy game. It pokes fun at the small, everyday habits that every mohalla grumbles about, and all of it is fiction. This page explains what that means. It is part of our terms and conditions.

Keep the gunaahs in the game

The game rewards things that are illegal, unsafe or just unkind in real life. Please don't copy them. In particular:

  • Spitting paan, or anything else, in public is banned in many cities, spreads disease and leaves someone else to clean up.
  • Hooking a kunda onto a power line is electricity theft, and touching live wires can kill.
  • Pulling a train's emergency chain without good reason, and travelling without a ticket, are offences under the Railways Act, 1989.
  • Jumping signals, driving the wrong way, honking in no-horn zones, carrying three on a two-wheeler and parking across a lane put people in danger and can get you fined.
  • Feeding chips or junk food to cattle or stray animals can make them ill, and teasing or startling animals can get you, and them, hurt.
  • Breaking windows, knocking over carts and stalls, taking someone's milk or dhaniya and cutting queues cost real people money and time.
  • Wedding mischief, from empty envelopes to photobombs, is much funnier in a game than at someone's real wedding.

Nobody gets hurt

Falls in the game are cartoon slapstick: characters tumble as ragdolls, get up and carry on. There is no blood, no injury and no death. Animals can't be harmed at all: the saand, the buffaloes and the stray dogs only react, and paan and chappals fly right past people and animals.

Who the jokes are about

The comedy is about civic habits and etiquette only. Gunaah Simulator never targets religious places, symbols or rituals, caste or community, real brands or politicians, and nothing in it harasses anyone, women included. Toilet humour stays cartoonish and censored, nobody swears, and the people in the game talk in comic gibberish.

"Gunaah" and "Paap" are used in jest, for petty everyday mischief, and not in any religious sense.

Made-up people, places and brands

The mohalla, its shops, signboards, businesses and people are made up, and any resemblance to real people, places or businesses is a coincidence. Where real brand names appeared on the free 3D models the game uses, we painted them out.

Paan

The paan in the game is meetha paan. The game shows no tobacco, alcohol or drugs.

Not affiliated

Gunaah Simulator isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any government body, railway, police force, political party, brand or public figure.
