Privacy policy
Effective 7 November 2026
This policy explains what happens to data when you play Gunaah Simulator and when you visit this website. The short version: the game has no accounts and no servers of ours, your progress stays on your phone, and the only data that leaves your phone goes to Google, for ads and purchases.
Who we are
Gunaah Simulator is made by Snowpex Technologies Private Limited (snowpex.com), based in India ("we", "us"). You can reach us about privacy at support@gunaahsimulator.in.
The short version
- There are no accounts, no sign-in and no servers of ours. We never receive your progress.
- Ads are shown by Google AdMob, which collects some device information to show and measure ads.
- Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your card, UPI or bank details.
- This website sets no cookies.
What stays on your phone
Your Paap, your Paap Khata and Paap Points, the uncles, moves and outfits you own, your challenge results, your settings and a record of which purchases you own are saved on your phone only. We don't receive any of it. The game doesn't use Android's cloud backup, so uninstalling the game deletes it, and Naya Khel in the menu resets your progress.

Data processed by service providers
We use a few providers to run the game and this website. They collect the data below directly, under their own privacy policies. We don't send them anything about you.

Ads and your choices
The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: full-screen ads at natural breaks, and rewarded ads only when you choose to watch one. Ads are limited to content suitable for teenagers, and Ads Hatao removes the full-screen ones.
You can reset or delete your phone's advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone's settings: usually Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads. Google explains how it uses information from apps that use its services.
Purchases
Ads Hatao (Remove Ads) and Saare Uncle Unlock (Unlock All Uncles) are sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy, and only tells the game which items you own. Google Play also shares order details with us, such as the order number, the item, the price and the country, which we keep to handle refunds and for our accounts.
Sharing from the game
The SHARE button in the Paap Khata opens WhatsApp (or your browser) with a short message about your progress and a link to the game, which you can edit before sending. Nothing is sent unless you send it.
When you contact us
If you email us, we use your email address and what you write to help you. We keep support emails for as long as we need them to handle your request, and no longer than two years.
This website
This website sets no cookies, has no forms or accounts, and stores nothing in your browser. Vercel, our hosting provider, processes standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies: it tells visits apart with a short-lived code that is discarded within a day, and doesn't follow you to other sites.
Why we process data
We process the little personal data we hold ourselves (emails you send us, order details and crash reports) to provide the game, support you and meet our legal obligations. In India, we process personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: with your consent, or where the Act allows processing without it, for example when you email us so we can help you. Google processes the data its services collect under its own policies.
How long data is kept
- Your progress: on your phone, until you start over or uninstall. We never have a copy.
- Crash reports: for as long as Google Play keeps them in its developer console.
- Order details: for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Support emails: up to two years.
- What Google collects for ads: as long as Google's own policies say.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, such as your emails to us. In India, you can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to.
Most of the data connected to the game is on your phone or with Google, and Delete your data explains how to remove it. For anything else, email support@gunaahsimulator.in. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. In India, that is the Data Protection Board of India, once you have raised the issue with us first.
Grievance officer
For concerns or complaints about how we handle personal data, write to our Grievance Officer at support@gunaahsimulator.in. We reply within 30 days.
Children
Gunaah Simulator is meant for players aged 13 and over, and isn't directed at children under 13. The game never asks for anyone's name, age or contact details. Players under 18 should play, and buy, with a parent's or guardian's permission. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
There is very little to protect on our side: we hold no accounts, passwords or progress. Your saved progress is protected by your phone's own security, and the data the game's Google services send travels encrypted.
International transfers
We are based in India. Google and Vercel may process data in other countries, including the United States, under their own safeguards.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the game's update notes on Google Play.
